The Georgia Sea Turtle Center has treated a wide variety of patients since opening in June 2007.  While each patient is uniquely different in their injury or illness, each turtle receives the best care possible at our facility.

The purpose of this section is to provide you with an introduction to our patients, the problems that we encounter, and how we treat them.

Although not all of our patients are success stories, it is important to

remember that each one provides us with insight, ideas and a better understanding of sea turtle rehabilitation. Here you will find

biographies and photos for each of the patients currently in our care and a summary of past patients that we have treated at the Center.
