Sea turtles might be one of the greatest examples of why we should protect our environment and empower conservation efforts.  These animals are cornerstones of our oceans, if they are struggling to survive, we can only conclude that our oceans are in despair.  Each day, we are reminded why we do what we do at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, animals are rescued, rehabbed and released while touching the lives of not only their caretakers but more importantly, our visitors.  There are many current and future efforts underway to maintain sustainability within the center and we are proud to set the bar high on our green ability knowing our efforts are making a difference in more ways than one.
