Summer is an especially busy time for the Georgia Sea Turtle Center.  It brings about the end of school groups and the start of island visitors and families and the GSTC Summer Programs.  Sign your family up to participate in Arribada Adventures, a family-based program focusing on various aspects of sea turtle life history and other types of turtles.  Still looking for more to do?  Look no further!  Not only is the staff busy, but the turtles are busy too!  Summer-time is sea turtle nesting and hatching season!  During the peak of nesting season (June-July) you can participate in an evening Turtle Walk, and maybe SEE a nesting sea turtle!  Are you a morning person?  Well then our morning Hatchling Walks are for you!  Conducted during the peak of hatchling season (Aug-Sept) these walks will show you what’s inside a hatched-out sea turtle nest!
