The Georgia Sea Turtle Center requires reservations for groups of 10 people or more. With a reservation, we are able to offer group discounts and special programs. The GSTC is designed for self-guided tours, with volunteers and educators present to answer any and all questions. Throughout the day, the education and veterinary staff offer regularly scheduled educational programs. These programs are included with general admission as well as the discounted group rate.

Group Discount*

When reservations are made in advance, the GSTC offers a group rate (10 or more) at $1 off general admission per person. The group will have the opportunity to explore the exhibit gallery (sea turtle museum) and venture into our hospital to see our sea turtle patients at their leisure.

Presentation Program

This option incorporates a 30-45 minute presentation by one of the GSTC educators. The group will then have the opportunity to explore the exhibit gallery (sea turtle museum) and venture into our hospital to see our sea turtle patients at their leisure. An educator will be present to answer questions for the duration of your visit.

Behind the Scenes Tours

Ever wonder what it feels like to be on the other side of the Treatment Window? Wish YOU could get a closer look at the patients? You’re in luck! The Georgia Sea Turtle Center is pleased to offer Behind-the-Scenes Tours!

Guided by a member of our Education staff, guests will visit food preparation areas, animal holding areas, the Treatment Room, Radiology and Surgical Suite.

Tours are offered on a first come first served basis, and ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Tour request must be received at least 48 hours in advance. Group size is limited to 10 guests and nearly always sell out days in advance.

Cost: Prices include general admission to the Center

• $20 Adults (13 & up)
• $15 Children (Children must be at least 10 years of age)
• Time: 3:00pm**

**Behind the Scenes tours are offered daily at 3pm. However tours may be canceled due to veterinary procedures or special events.  Be sure to reserve your spot early!
