Party with the Sea Turtles!

Come shell-e-brate your child’s special day at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center!  Our birthday parties are designed for children ages 5-12 with your choice of three turtle-themed programs for an unforgettable day.  Each party is designed with you and your child’s enjoyment in mind, so sit back and let us do the work for you!  

Our party package includes:
Price: $15 per child, $10 per adult

• General admission to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center for all party participants
• Private classroom for a two-hour party
• Educator to lead crafts, games and an educational program, chosen from the birthday theme list below
• Medium plush sea turtle for the birthday child
• Small plush sea turtles for child participants
• Ocean themed decorations and party supplies (cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, plastic ware, birthday banner)
• The opportunity to visit with our sea turtle patients with a special presentation to tell you all about them!

Then choose a theme for the party’s educational program:

• Amazing Adaptations – Learn about the 5 species of sea turtles that visit Georgia’s coast and learn what makes them unique. (Recommended for all ages)
• Nifty Nesters – Sea turtles are Egg-cellent nesters. Learn how they do it by creating your own nest! (Recommended for the younger crowd ages 5-7)
• Lend ‘em a Flipper – Learn how YOU can help our fine, flippered friends and create helpful sea turtle art! (Recommended for ages 8-12)

Each party can accommodate a total of 25 guests, with a 10 guest minimum (children and adults combined).  You’ll have the opportunity to view the party room 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and greet your guests as they arrive.  Georgia Sea Turtle Center members save an additional 10% off your total bill! • Custom sea turtle birthday cake (serves 15).................................$45.00 each               
• Custom sea turtle birthday cake (serves 30).................................$70.00 each               
• Pull-apart cupcake sea turtle (serves 24).....................................$25.00 each
• Red Bug Pizza (8 slices, cheese)................................................$15.00 each
• Beverages (apple juice or sprite)................................................$5.00 for entire party

All prices are subject to tax. $50 deposit is required with a reservation, but will not be charged until the day of your scheduled event. Cancellation 48 hours prior to the event ensures a refundable deposit.

Shell-e-bration Box
Can’t make it to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center to shell-e-brate with us?  Having a hard time finding anything other than Mutant options at your local party store? Try our Shell-e-bration box! We pack up everything you need to have a genuine sea turtle birthday party shipped right to your front door! 
Price: $200 (includes supplies for 16 children, tax and shipping)
Includes:

• Ocean themed plates, cups, napkins, plastic tablecloth, and birthday banner
• Medium plush turtle for the birthday child
• Small plush sea turtles for children
• Age-appropriate storybook about the life of a sea turtle
• Supplies and instructions for two unique sea turtle crafts & one game
